If you are a people person, ambitious, love to travel, discover new things and want a chance to become a partner in a new exciting company... this may be the place you have been looking for. 

Your starting salary is $3500 + appartment, health insurance, revenue particitpation when reaching determined goals and an option to become a co-owner of the location you will host if your skills match this option. A bonus amounting to 2 months salary will be offered upon completion of your first years.

You are the co-host of a I-405 Station and have complete discretion to offer free drinks and food to your guests. Your role is to embody American way of life through your interaction with visitors who come for the chance to interact with an American for 2 hours. As a host, you need act as the co-owner of I-405 and therefore will feel compeled to assist with all tasks deemed necessary to offer a Five Star experience to your guests. 

Your working hours will average 40 hours a week and you are at the discretion to organize your schedule with your co-workers. In the unlikely event that you are required to exceed such hours, you can offset this with a lighter schedule the following week. Your holidays amount to a total of 4 weeks a year and we are flexible as to when you take weeks off as long as it is compatible with the smooth running of your I-405 location. 

Most and foremost, we value the essence of your personality, your appearance, your ability to connect in a genuine way with our guest, to remember their names and preferences. A hospitality or a cooking certificate showing you are qualified to prepare Mexican food is prefered for Chinese visa issuance, however, in the event we value your candidacy and such certificate is not available, we will contact our Los Angeles office to arrange for a training upon which completion, we may be abler to deliver a diploma. 

It is essential that you come to work filled with a sense of initiative and enthusiasm. 3 zoom calls with our team will determine you eligibility. Your first 30 days will be an interim period.  2 character references and a clean criminal record is naturally required for immigration purposes.
